Description

Act as a technical liaison between Engineering and GTM teams, including Sales Engineering and Professional Services.
Translate new features, deployment requirements, and system behaviors into documentation, enablement content, demo environments, and internal tooling.
Support internal setup and deployment of DSPM components, including Kubernetes-based microservices, data connectors, and APIs.
Validate internal staging and demo environments for readiness and reliability.
Develop internal technical resources such as playbooks, integration guides, architecture diagrams, and field enablement materials.
Support GTM teams with API usage, scripting, and basic troubleshooting during proof-of-concept and pilot phases.
Read, interpret, and modify basic code or configuration files to help debug issues and support integrations.
Validate deployment workflows across cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Collaborate closely with Engineering to understand product features and deployment behaviors.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a technical role within an engineering or product-focused organization such as dev support, sales enablement, QA, or technical consulting.
Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes and containerized services.
Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Knowledge of data infrastructure such as SQL, data lakes, or data warehouses.
Comfort with basic scripting in Python or shell for automation, API work, or integration testing.
Ability to read and understand application code or configuration files such as Python, YAML, or JSON.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to internal teams.
Familiarity with DSPM, CSPM, or adjacent data security and privacy tools is a plus.
Prior experience in Sales Engineering enablement, solution delivery, or product support is preferred.
Exposure to DevOps tools such as Helm, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Exposure to compliance or risk management concepts such as SOC 2 or GDPR is a plus.
