Description

  • Provide technical thought leadership and advice to enterprise customers on digital transformation and security solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end technical sale and associated presales processes.
  • Identify and qualify technical opportunities with enterprise customers.
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Deliver sales pitches, technical demonstrations, and whiteboard presentations.
  • Support successful solution deployments through technical guidance and solution positioning.
  • Collaborate across the solution consulting process to address complex business challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in presales roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience selling security solutions and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with systems installation and administration of routers and switches.
  • Deep technical knowledge of network security principles and applications.
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.
  • Experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to improve outcomes within your functional domain.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered diagnostic tools or predictive analysis for complex proof-of-concept configurations and enterprise network security assessments (preferred).
  • Technical proficiency with GPO, Active Directory/LDAP, and SSO/SAML integrations (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HTTP and web security technologies, including proxies, caches, and firewalls (preferred).
