Description

  • Provide technical leadership for Zero Trust Browser solutions and own product success and architectural strategy throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Lead in-person and virtual meetings with customer executives and practitioners, including executive overviews and technical workshops.
  • Articulate the value of browser-layer security controls such as threat monitoring, attack prevention, in-browser DLP, secure private application access, and Privileged Remote Access.
  • Develop technical collateral such as best practice guides, proof-of-value test plans, demo assets, and reference architectures.
  • Conduct and support proof-of-value exercises, technical evaluations, and initial deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and debug customer issues during evaluations and deployments in partnership with Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing to drive product enhancements based on customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends.
  • Serve as a post-sales subject matter expert for Customer Success and Deployment teams to support implementation, adoption, and ongoing customer success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in product management, presales, product specialization, or professional services within infrastructure technology or cybersecurity.
  • Deep technical domain expertise in browser security, Zero Trust architecture, private application access, privileged access use cases, and modern web security controls.
  • Strong understanding of Internet and security protocols, including HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, and secure access patterns for web and private applications.
  • Proven track record of developing technical collateral and supporting go-to-market initiatives that drive sales outcomes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical practitioners and executive leadership.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and customer-facing teams.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Zscaler products, including Zero Trust Browser, ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler Client Connector, and Privileged Remote Access, preferred.
  • Experience with browser extensions, browser-layer telemetry, in-browser DLP, and controls that secure user activity across SaaS, web, and private applications, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of secure private application access and privileged resource access use cases in enterprise environments, preferred.
  • Extensive experience in networking concepts and modern identity and access management (IAM) frameworks, preferred.
