Description

  • Provide technical leadership for Zscaler’s Zero Trust Browser solutions and own product success and architectural strategy throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Lead executive-level and technical meetings with customer stakeholders, including workshops, strategy discussions, and deep-dive sessions.
  • Articulate the value of browser-layer security capabilities such as threat monitoring, attack prevention, in-browser DLP, secure private application access, and Privileged Remote Access.
  • Develop technical collateral such as best practice guides, POV test plans, demo assets, and reference architectures.
  • Conduct and support proof-of-value activities, technical evaluations, and initial deployments to validate architecture, policy design, and operational fit.
  • Troubleshoot and debug customer issues during evaluations and deployments in partnership with Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing to shape product enhancements based on customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends.
  • Serve as a post-sales subject matter expert to support implementation, adoption, and ongoing customer success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in product management, presales, product specialization, or professional services within infrastructure technology or cybersecurity.
  • Deep technical expertise in browser security, Zero Trust architecture, private application access, privileged access use cases, and modern web security controls.
  • Strong understanding of Internet and security protocols, including HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS, and secure access patterns for web and private applications.
  • Proven experience developing technical collateral and supporting go-to-market initiatives that drive sales outcomes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical practitioners and executive leaders.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and customer-facing teams.
  • Preferred: deep hands-on Zscaler experience across Zero Trust Browser, ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler Client Connector, and Privileged Remote Access.
  • Preferred: experience with browser extensions, browser-layer telemetry, in-browser DLP, and controls for SaaS, web, and private applications.
  • Preferred: strong understanding of secure private application access and privileged resource access use cases in enterprise environments.
  • Preferred: extensive experience in networking concepts and modern identity and access management (IAM) frameworks.

  • Base pay range of $164,500 to $235,000 USD, excluding commission, bonus, equity, and benefits.
