Description

  • Provide inbound technical support to partners, distributors, and internal teams through basic discovery, positioning, and demos.
  • Assist with product demos and Solution Demo Center sessions alongside senior sales engineers.
  • Configure, maintain, and support demo and lab environments, as well as reusable demo assets and documentation.
  • Participate in partner enablement activities, including onboarding, trainings, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with the global Solution Center team to deliver timely cross-region support and align solutions to customer needs.
  • Support foundational technical pre-sales activities for partner-led opportunities.
  • Learn and build the technical and business acumen needed to grow into a full Velocity SE role.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in technical roles such as internships, support, junior SE, networking, or security roles.
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and VPN concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 10%.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Portuguese language skills are a plus.
  • Exposure to security concepts such as SWG, ZTNA, DLP, or CASB is preferred.
  • Experience with demos, labs, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Certifications or coursework in networking or security are preferred.
