Description

  • Provide technical leadership for strategic customers, from architectural design through data engineering and model deployment.
  • Partner with account executives and GTM leadership to design and execute account strategies across the territory.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, demos, workshops, and customer-facing collateral to support product adoption.
  • Build technical credibility with CISOs, security architects, SOC leaders, and security analysts.
  • Lead proof-of-concept execution and guide customers through data offload, SIEM augmentation, or SIEM replacement journeys.
  • Translate field feedback into product and engineering recommendations to influence the roadmap.
  • Serve as the tier-3 escalation point for the field on complex technical issues.
  • Establish and refine the sales qualification and POC intake process to ensure well-scoped engagements.
  • Collaborate with global system integrators and consulting partners to drive customer outcomes in cybersecurity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering, security operations, or security architecture experience.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, pre-sales, or consulting role.
  • Experience designing and implementing data and AI applications in cybersecurity, including anomaly detection, behavioral analytics, and agentic AI workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or QRadar, including deployment, tuning, detection engineering, and migration strategies.
  • Familiarity with SOAR platforms is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of security telemetry across endpoint, network, identity, cloud, and SaaS logs.
  • Experience with detection-as-code workflows, including SQL or YAML rule authoring, CI/CD integration, and MITRE ATT&CK mapping.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, along with AI tools.
  • Hands-on experience in major public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Broad familiarity with data engineering, data warehousing, AI/ML for security, data governance, or streaming.
  • Experience working with global system integrators and third-party consulting organizations.
  • Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
