Description

  • Develop expertise in the Twilio platform, use cases, buyer personas, and current trends in Customer Data Platform, AI, and data engineering.
  • Scope, design, and build multi-product solution architectures and presentations to secure the technical win.
  • Design solutions across customer data flows, AI decisioning, and end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Educate cross-functional teams on product knowledge, enablement, strategy, and use cases.
  • Mentor sales and sales engineering team members on value-selling and complex solution-selling approaches.
  • Document client and prospect patterns and technology shifts to inform Product and R&D strategy.
  • Contribute to specialist organization strategy and the multi-product go-to-market motion.
  • Partner with sales, presales, product, engineering, marketing, and enterprise strategy teams on complex opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive presales experience, including complex solution architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience in CDP and/or martech-related platforms, including data engineering, data modeling, and/or cloud data warehouse experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex solutions sales cycles, including solution scoping, design, and validation.
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to drive deal strategy through compelling storytelling.
  • Experience selling and designing solutions across multiple product areas within a CDP or martech-related platform.
  • Confidence engaging and influencing highly skilled audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Preferred experience working in an overlay or specialist presales capacity.
  • Preferred experience collaborating with product on strategy, positioning, and roadmap.
  • Role must be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland and requires approximately 20% travel.
