Description

  • Own strategic customer engagements end-to-end, from discovery through deployment and outcome accountability.
  • Run discovery sessions with data engineers, sales operations leaders, and revenue stakeholders to diagnose customer problems.
  • Design, build, and deploy bespoke intelligence applications using ZoomInfo and customer data.
  • Bridge technical and business audiences by presenting solutions, proposals, and ROI clearly to stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver data foundation, account architecture, TAM, fit scoring, and governance capabilities for customers.
  • Document repeatable engagement patterns, deliverable templates, and success metrics for the FDE playbook.
  • Feed field learnings back to product, engineering, and data teams to influence product direction and dataset priorities.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, new use cases, personas, and displacement opportunities within strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • Production-quality coding experience with Python and SQL.
  • Experience working in cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
  • Experience building or working with data pipelines, entity matching or deduplication logic, API integrations, and production applications.
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, consulting, technical account management, or FDE.
  • Ability to work directly with enterprise stakeholders across sales operations, IT, marketing ops, finance, and revenue leadership.
  • Comfort making judgment calls and operating with ambiguity in a function that is still being defined.
  • Familiarity with API tooling such as GraphQL, REST, Postman, JWT, and OAuth is a plus.
  • Experience with B2B data, CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, and GTM tooling like RingLead, Clearbit, or Demandbase is preferred.
  • Familiarity with firmographic enrichment, entity resolution, hierarchy management, TAM modeling, intent data, and account-based prospecting is preferred.
  • Fluency in LLM-based development environments like Claude Code or Codex is required.
