Description

  • Engineer scalable CI/CD platforms using GitHub Actions, including custom actions and reusable workflows.
  • Develop internal tools and CLI utilities in Go or JavaScript to automate SDLC tasks and reduce manual operations.
  • Maintain and optimize the Kubernetes ecosystem for developer workloads, scalability, and high availability.
  • Lead projects from architectural design through implementation and long-term maintenance.
  • Implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and manage application state and infrastructure as version-controlled code.
  • Provision and manage complex GCP and AWS environments using software-defined infrastructure principles.
  • Collaborate with distributed Architects and Engineers across time zones to align on platform direction and delivery.
  • Identify system-wide bottlenecks and proactively improve platform reliability and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role, or 6+ total years including at least 3 years in Software Development and 3 years in DevOps.
  • Proven track record of owning projects end-to-end and solving ambiguous problems.
  • Strong programming skills in Go, JavaScript, or Python, with the ability to write clean, testable code.
  • Hands-on experience as a Kubernetes maintainer, including cluster management, resource optimization, and Kubernetes internals.
  • Proven expertise in designing complex, logic-heavy CI/CD pipelines, with GitHub Actions preferred.
  • Advanced experience with Terraform or Pulumi.
  • Experience with AI/ML development, including building or deploying LLM-based applications or managing AI infrastructure.
  • Experience with Crossplane for managing cloud infrastructure via Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Datadog or OpenTelemetry for platform monitoring.
  • Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd, or with microservices networking.
