Description

  • Analyse operational and business data to identify automation opportunities and prioritise improvement initiatives.
  • Review existing processes, measure automation impact, and develop current-state and future-state process maps.
  • Identify systems with API capabilities and design integrations using APIs and native connectors.
  • Build and implement workflow automation solutions across business and operational systems.
  • Deploy and support workflow engines and automation platforms to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and infrastructure automation.
  • Implement cloud governance, security controls, and operational best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and standard operating procedures.
  • Train internal teams and communicate automation changes to support adoption and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, leadership, and internal stakeholders on technical solution delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar role.
  • Experience in an MSP, managed services, or client-facing technology environment.
  • Proven experience delivering cloud-based solutions and automation initiatives.
  • Experience with project planning, technical discovery, and solution design activities.
  • Advanced Python development skills and strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • Extensive experience with API integrations, automation frameworks, and scalable workflow solutions.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting skills and experience with Bash/Shell scripting.
  • Strong SQL development and database querying capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and GitLab.
  • Experience implementing security controls and governance frameworks; Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Bicep, AI integration, C++, and open-source development are preferred.
