Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple IT skill sets and locations, from sourcing through closure.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS, Boolean search, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines aligned to active hiring demand.
  • Develop strong candidate relationships through consistent follow-up, honest communication, and a strong candidate experience.
  • Screen candidates for technical fit, availability, notice period, motivation, work rights, location preferences, and compensation alignment.
  • Prepare clear candidate submissions with structured summaries and high-quality presentation.
  • Work with urgency to progress candidates through interview, offer, and placement stages in time-critical hiring environments.
  • Partner with Account Managers and clients to clarify priorities, drive feedback, and support hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and report on outreach, pipeline health, submissions, interviews, offers, and joiners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting for IT roles, with agency recruitment preferred.
  • Experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter.
  • Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS and Boolean searching.
  • Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Sound technical understanding of IT roles, technologies, and delivery models.
  • Ability to recruit across multiple technologies and geographic locations.
  • High levels of urgency, accountability, and ownership.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Outcome-driven mindset with comfort working to KPIs.
  • Resilient, organised, and commercially aware.
  • Experience recruiting for the Australian market and time zones is a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to enterprise and government hiring processes is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of niche IT areas such as Cloud, Cyber, Data, DevOps, ERP, and Integration is a strong advantage.
