Description

  • Support Remote’s talent scaling needs, especially for Product, Design, and Engineering hiring.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to meet team priorities and hiring goals.
  • Own the candidate experience and help create a world-class hiring process.
  • Improve the time between the first recruiter call and offer stage.
  • Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics and progress to business leadership.
  • Advocate for Remote’s values and remote-first culture throughout the candidate journey.
  • Continuously improve and scale recruiting strategies and processes.
  • Partner with the Talent Sourcer to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Share best practices and develop subject-matter expertise in the role.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment at a tech startup or fast-growing scale-up.
  • Prior recruiting experience for Product, Design, and/or Engineering roles is preferred.
  • Ability to manage large application volumes while maintaining quality and a diverse hiring pipeline.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced hiring environment with a focus on deliverables.
  • Strong commitment to excellent candidate experience.
  • Alignment with Remote’s values and interest in hiring talent that fits those values.
  • Intentional approach to diversity and inclusion, including hiring in locations where Remote has not hired before.
  • Experience working with and optimizing Talent Acquisition tools such as Greenhouse, BrightHire, and GoodTime.
  • Willingness to adopt new tools and technologies, including AI-powered recruiting tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English for communication with a global talent pool.
  • Role is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
  • Location: EMEA.
  • Start date: as soon as possible.
