Description

  • Facilitate technical interviews through Karat's platform.
  • Create a positive candidate experience during interviews.
  • Evaluate candidates' coding skills and technical knowledge.
  • Assess performance, coding style, communication skills, question responses, and coding approach.
  • Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.
  • Help improve hiring signals and reduce bias in the interview process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.
  • Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred, including interviews on data structures and algorithms.
  • Ability to submit a resume in English.
  • Must be located in one of the countries listed on Karat's website.
  • This is a contractor/freelancer opportunity compensated based on tasks performed.
