Description

  • Support Remote’s talent scaling needs, with a particular focus on Product, Design, and Engineering hiring.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to support team success.
  • Create a world-class hiring and candidate experience.
  • Continuously improve the time from first recruiter call to offer.
  • Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics to business leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Advocate for Remote’s remote-working values throughout the candidate experience.
  • Improve and scale recruiting strategy through creative, proactive changes.
  • Partner with the Talent Sourcer to build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Share best practices and grow into a subject-matter expert for the role.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment at a tech start-up or fast-growing scale-up organization.
  • Previous experience recruiting for Product, Design, and/or Engineering roles is preferred.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of applications while maintaining high quality and a diverse hiring pipeline.
  • Strong track record in a fast-paced hiring environment with a focus on deliverables.
  • Strong commitment to excellent candidate experience.
  • Alignment with Remote’s values and interest in hiring talent that matches those values.
  • Ambition and intent around diversity and inclusion, including hiring in new locations.
  • Experience using and optimizing a Talent Acquisition stack such as Greenhouse, BrightHire, and GoodTime.
  • Experience adopting new tools and technologies, including AI-powered recruiting tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills for engaging with a global talent pool.
  • Ability to start as soon as possible.
  • Willingness to work in the EMEA location scope.
