Description

  • Lead end-to-end demonstrations for complex, high-value deals and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Gather customer requirements and partner with Account Executives to develop tailored solution strategies and demonstrations.
  • Lead discovery calls with prospects, partners, and NetSuite teams to identify operational pain points.
  • Coach junior Solution Consultants and Account Executives on value-based selling, demo techniques, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and maintain demo environments aligned with customer use cases, product releases, and configurations.
  • Create enablement materials, including demo scripts, videos, solution briefs, and internal documentation.
  • Own competitive intelligence for assigned specialty areas and maintain related resources.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure effective post-sale handoffs.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing on launches, roadmap feedback, field insights, and competitive trends.
  • Provide technical input for RFP responses and use AI tools to improve demo development and delivery.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, financial systems consulting, or related SaaS roles; exceptional candidates with fewer years and strong finance or ERP expertise may be considered.
  • Experience presenting unscripted, high-stakes solutions to CFOs and finance leaders, including communicating ROI, payback period, and risk reduction.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting workflows, particularly Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Reporting.
  • Ability to develop subject-matter expertise in an additional area such as Billing and Revenue Recognition.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Oracle, Intacct, Tipalti, Ramp, or similar.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, written communication, consultative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience building stakeholder trust and mentoring or upskilling colleagues.
  • Comfort with on-site, in-person presentations and approximately 30% travel, primarily to the UK/London and across UK & EMEA.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-growth, fully remote, global SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI-powered products or AI tools is expected.
