Description

  • Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for the Procure-to-Pay domain.
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, defects, and technical debt based on market and customer research.
  • Lead Engineering and Design through the Agile product development lifecycle.
  • Develop AI capabilities for invoice coding, matching, exception handling, and approval routing with appropriate guardrails and human oversight.
  • Prototype AI solutions and translate successful concepts into requirements, user stories, and quality evaluations.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategy and enablement.
  • Ensure product logic supports global financial and tax compliance requirements.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on data and customer feedback.
  • Manage the backlog, stakeholder alignment, user acceptance testing, and internal training.
  • Evaluate third-party integrations, summarize customer feedback, and support technical debt reduction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in Fintech, ERP, or B2B SaaS, including direct P2P, AP, or procurement ownership.
  • Experience building with AI daily and shipping AI or agentic features to production.
  • Hands-on finance experience or close partnership with AP, procurement, or controllership teams.
  • Proven ability to take products from discovery through launch and manage live products at scale.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Productboard.
  • Experience working successfully in fully remote, asynchronous, globally distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate compliance logic into simple software.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or a comparable native ERP platform preferred.
  • Familiarity with Coupa, Ariba, Bill.com, Tipalti, AvidXchange, Ramp, OCR, or document capture preferred.
  • Knowledge of VAT, GST, and sales-tax logic, relevant finance or procurement certifications, or experience in Series C–D environments preferred.
