Description

  • Define the long-term vision and multi-quarter product strategy for the Creator Experience.
  • Reimagine creator workflows for the AI era by simplifying processes, removing friction, and developing differentiated products.
  • Explore AI and machine learning applications that expand creator influence and economic success.
  • Use creator insights, behavioral data, and experimentation to improve engagement, retention, earnings, and experience quality.
  • Define and monitor outcome metrics, establish baselines, and guide investment and iteration through results.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Creator Success teams around product vision and execution.
  • Stay close to creators and use customer signals to identify and validate product opportunities.
  • Act as a senior product thought partner by challenging assumptions and improving strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience owning complex product areas and multi-quarter strategies.
  • Experience shaping vision and strategy for consumer products or complex platforms at scale.
  • Hands-on experience shipping and improving AI-powered products, including writing evaluations, test cases, quality criteria, and scoring rubrics.
  • Experience independently building AI-enabled functional prototypes to test assumptions with customers.
  • Established use of AI for research synthesis, data analysis, prototyping, and experimentation, with strong judgment around validation.
  • Strong product judgment and ability to balance customer needs, technical complexity, business priorities, and long-term investments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, prioritization, and operational excellence skills.
  • Preferred experience with e-commerce, creator platforms, marketplaces, recommendations, or product discovery.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; U.S. work authorization required, with no new visa sponsorships available.
