Description

  • Define the P2P product vision and strategy using market and customer research.
  • Own the roadmap, OKRs, prioritization, backlog, defects, and technical debt.
  • Lead product development with Engineering and Design through the Agile lifecycle.
  • Integrate agentic AI for invoice coding, matching, exception handling, and approval routing with appropriate guardrails and human oversight.
  • Rapidly prototype AI capabilities and convert successful concepts into requirements, user stories, and evaluation criteria.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategy and enablement.
  • Ensure product logic supports global financial and tax compliance requirements.
  • Monitor product performance and improve features based on data and customer feedback.
  • Maintain intuitive user experiences for complex workflows within NetSuite.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment, UAT, internal training, third-party integrations, and technical debt reduction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in Fintech, ERP, or B2B SaaS with direct P2P, AP, or procurement ownership.
  • Experience building with AI daily and shipping AI or agentic features to production.
  • Hands-on finance experience or close partnership with AP, procurement, or controllership teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to take product roadmaps from discovery through launch.
  • Experience owning a live, at-scale product while balancing new features, defects, escalations, and technical debt.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum skills and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Productboard.
  • Experience working successfully in fully remote, asynchronous, globally distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, including translating compliance logic into simple software.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or a comparable native ERP platform preferred.
  • Familiarity with P2P and spend-management tools, OCR/document capture, multi-jurisdictional tax logic, relevant finance certifications, or high-growth Series C–D environments preferred.
