Description

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for procurement, budgeting, spend planning, contract management, and related initiatives.
  • Lead customer discovery, market validation, opportunity sizing, and investment cases for new product categories.
  • Take products from concept through launch by defining MVPs, success metrics, and iteration plans.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a combined team of product managers and designers.
  • Lead Design and UX quality, consistency, and evolution of the company’s design system.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science on prioritization, sequencing, delivery, and milestone execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on positioning, pricing inputs, launch readiness, and adoption.
  • Define portfolio-level metrics and use data to guide build, kill, and pivot decisions.
  • Represent customer needs in executive planning and represent the product to customers, prospects, and partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing product managers, designers, or both.
  • Deep experience with B2B SaaS platforms, particularly workflow, data, or automation products.
  • Experience in procurement, procure-to-pay, budgeting and spend management, contract lifecycle management, or sourcing.
  • Track record of taking new products from concept to launch, including customer discovery and operating amid ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated leadership of Design and UX, through direct management or close, hands-on partnership with design teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience defining metrics, interpreting product data, and driving decisions.
  • Experience serving multi-entity, multi-location, or operationally complex customers.
  • Clear communication skills with executives, engineers, and customers.
  • Experience with accounts payable, source-to-pay suites, or finance operations preferred.
  • Experience shipping AI/ML features, familiarity with design systems and design operations, or exposure to agentic/MCP-based architectures preferred.
