Description

  • Lead the pricing learning agenda, including experiment design, elasticity analysis, segmentation, result interpretation, and rollout recommendations.
  • Design payment gamification policies with Portfolio Management and Product, including reward rules, eligibility criteria, antifraud guardrails, and cohort impact evaluation.
  • Support risk calibration for new products by adjusting risk appetite and credit policies based on debit auto-pay adoption.
  • Track adjacent pricing initiatives, such as new segmentation efforts, where they intersect with pricing and profitability.
  • Run end-to-end tests from hypothesis definition through implementation specification, stakeholder alignment, monitoring, and rollout recommendation.
  • Work with Data Science to prioritize and evaluate models that inform pricing decisions, defining business goals and success criteria.
  • Produce analyses and decision-support materials for pricing and gamification topics, communicating clearly to technical and business audiences, including senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large databases.
  • Experience leading price tests or risk policy tests, including design, execution, readout, and rollout recommendations.
  • Applied statistics for experimentation, including A/B tests, holdouts, and statistical significance.
  • Experience with pricing, profitability, unit economics, and payback analysis.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Ownership and autonomy to define a project’s success metric, not just execute tasks.
  • Clear communication for both technical and business audiences.
  • Python experience and familiarity with data versioning are preferred.
  • Experience with credit models or alternative data sources, such as Open Finance, is preferred.
  • Experience with incentive or gamification mechanisms in financial or consumer products is preferred.
