Description

  • Act as the liaison between the client’s business organization and software delivery teams.
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Gather, document, and refine business requirements for new initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on project goals and implementation.
  • Perform data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and business insights.
  • Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Provide training and support to end users to drive adoption of new processes and systems.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience with requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation techniques such as business process modeling, BRD, FSD, use cases/user stories, data flow diagrams, data interrogation, and data mapping.
  • Experience creating wireframes and workflows using tools such as Balsamiq, Lucidchart, MS Visio, or UML.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of software development architectures and the full software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to work as a transition lead.
  • Knowledge of AI-based projects, AI tools, and AI concepts.
  • CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Business Process Management solutions such as Macess (BPM) is nice to have.
  • Background in finance or banking is an added advantage.
