Description

Provide frontline technical support by monitoring and improving SaaS product delivery.
Debug reported issues and provide clear analysis to customers and internal teams.
Identify support trends and root causes to reduce recurring issues.
Manage product scope, delivery, and configuration changes proactively.
Assist customers with integration into HappyCo’s services and deliver example code.
Support customer communications, including expectations, SLAs, and technical explanations for non-technical audiences.
Investigate technical causes of customer issues and facilitate product or feature changes when needed.
Monitor, maintain, and improve customer environments, including releases and deployments.
Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and L1/L2 support through strong written and verbal communication.
Review and improve product delivery, rollout, and internal support processes.

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification in Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT certification, or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with an object-oriented backend language; Ruby on Rails or Golang preferred.
Strong PostgreSQL knowledge.
Experience with APIs and integrations.
Experience with GCP, Linux, and containerization.
Experience with web applications, especially React.js.
Clear spoken and written communication skills with the ability to work professionally with diverse customers and staff.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Must currently live in Latin America.
Nice to have: Kubernetes experience.
Nice to have: Networking experience, including VPNs.
Nice to have: Monitoring and observability framework experience.
Nice to have: Bash scripting experience.
