Description

  • Design, demo, and build tailored AI-driven conversational workflows for customer support use cases.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from onboarding through go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
  • Configure and integrate Zingtree with CRMs, APIs, and third-party platforms in collaboration with client IT teams.
  • Run onboarding sessions to gather business requirements, map support processes, and define project goals.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Translate requirements between client business teams and technical resources internally and externally.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve technical and project risks to prevent delays.
  • Guide user acceptance testing to validate workflows, integrations, and user experience goals.
  • Deliver training and enablement so customers can build, maintain, and report on AI-enabled workflows.
  • Coordinate multiple SaaS implementation projects concurrently while managing scope, timelines, and client alignment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in solutions architecture, customer engineering, or technical project implementation roles.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably in customer support or contact center solutions.
  • Startup experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with automation technologies and integration architectures, including APIs, authentication protocols, middleware, web services, and messaging patterns.
  • Proficiency with conversational AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI-led agentic workflows, and real-time decisioning.
  • Strong front-end skills with JavaScript, CSS, and JSON.
  • Familiarity with ETL and data transformation.
  • Experience integrating CRMs, especially Salesforce and Zendesk, is a significant plus.
  • Ability to digest complex business requirements and design integrated workflow solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and executive-facing client management skills.
