Description

  • Lead the vision, strategy, planning, and execution of major industry trade shows and field marketing events globally.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end event timelines, deadlines, budgets, and execution plans.
  • Coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event promotion, follow-up, and lifecycle management.
  • Align event strategy with demand generation, brand awareness, and customer experience goals.
  • Measure event performance and ROI, including cost per lead, cost per opportunity, raw leads, and target account leads.
  • Report event metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities for future programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, product, engineering, design, communications, and leadership.
  • Maintain consistent internal communication to ensure alignment and transparency on event goals and strategy.
  • Manage onsite execution for major events where needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies and vendors to support a global event ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of event and/or project management experience.
  • 2+ years of security industry event experience.
  • Experience working collaboratively with global teams to execute large events.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects through completion.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a changing environment.
  • Data-driven and budget-conscious approach to event management.
  • Expert knowledge of event platforms and measurement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to make decisions in a changing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive creative event strategies across live, virtual, hybrid, social, and video formats.
