Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for assigned Federal DoD/DoW accounts, from prospecting and discovery through proof-of-value, negotiation, and close.
  • Generate net-new opportunities through cold outreach, networking, partner co-selling, and event-based engagement.
  • Build and execute a data-driven territory plan with pipeline targets, milestones, and account prioritization.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas through new business, upsell, and cross-sell activity.
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue using MEDDPICC qualification criteria and maintain accurate commit calls.
  • Engage customers and prospects to understand mission needs, security challenges, and organizational pain points.
  • Develop value-based solution narratives that clearly communicate Zimperium’s differentiation and ROI.
  • Lead executive presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews to advance deals.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Solution Engineers, Channel Partners, and Marketing to develop and execute account strategies.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management and leadership on competitive dynamics, customer needs, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of enterprise software or technology sales experience in the public sector with a consistent record of quota attainment.
  • 3+ years of cybersecurity sales experience, with preference for mobile security, endpoint security, or zero-trust architectures.
  • Experience applying MEDDPICC or a similar methodology such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Force Management.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch through cold outreach, networking, partner co-selling, and events.
  • Deep familiarity with Federal DoD/DoW procurement processes, contract vehicles, and the Federal budget cycle.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity documentation.
  • Experience with Clari or a comparable revenue intelligence platform.
  • Strong executive communication, active listening, and consultative selling skills at the C-suite and SES/Deputy Secretary level.
  • Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.
  • Active Secret clearance or higher, or prior clearance eligibility, is strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based security platforms into large Federal DoD/DoW agencies such as DISA, U.S. Cyber Command, MILDEPs, or COCOMs, is preferred.
  • Established relationships with Federal DoD/DoW IT/security decision-makers, CISOs, and procurement officials are preferred.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and collaboration with marketing on targeted campaigns is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
