Description

  • Design, develop, and support cloud-hosted and locally hosted solutions for service deployment, availability, and operations.
  • Continuously improve infrastructure and processes to make them easy to deploy, scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant.
  • Automate operational, testing, installation, and related workflows to improve efficiency and stability.
  • Collaborate with the service development team to resolve complex operational issues and deliver value.
  • Provide documentation for troubleshooting and resolving issues in complex systems.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD solutions that improve developer productivity and support rapid deployments.
  • Support and extend existing service software written in Kotlin.
  • Work with the team to establish and follow DevOps best practices.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of DevOps experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical challenges and solutions.
  • Experience building automation and dependency management tools such as Maven and Gradle.
  • Experience with infrastructure management and deployment.
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Docker Swarm, and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency with Linux and macOS system administration.
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL and DynamoDB.
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of monitoring solutions such as Prometheus and New Relic.
  • Familiarity with git version control.
  • Familiarity with Kotlin programming language.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle, or similar platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with Apple ecosystems including iOS and macOS (preferred).
  • Scripting experience with Python or Shell/Bash (preferred).
