Description

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to develop advanced enterprise deployment capabilities.
  • Build installation, upgrade, and rollback systems for varied deployment environments.
  • Design and implement monitoring and health-check systems for distributed deployments.
  • Develop self-healing and automated remediation capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain SLAs and SLOs for cloud and enterprise offerings.
  • Lead incident response and post-mortem processes.
  • Optimize system performance, capacity planning, and infrastructure costs.
  • Improve on-call practices, runbooks, knowledge sharing, and overall reliability initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps.
  • Strong expertise with AWS, GCP, Azure, and infrastructure automation tools.
  • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
  • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or comparable monitoring and observability tools.
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Experience operating multi-tenant SaaS platforms preferred.
  • Background developing customer-facing deployment and management tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of data infrastructure and metadata management systems preferred.
