Description

  • Set up, develop, and maintain development, build, and deployment architectures.
  • Perform software builds, adaptations, extensions, and build automation.
  • Install software and apply updates across development, test, and production environments.
  • Coordinate and execute quality assurance for builds and deployments.
  • Maintain code repositories and manage release branching.
  • Monitor application functionality and technical production performance.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of demonstrable practical experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of distributed systems with many components, including geo-redundancy.
  • Experience with build and deployment automation tools such as GitLab and Jenkins.
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet and Ansible.
  • Knowledge of version control and dependency management using Maven, NPM, or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for Java and JavaScript/TypeScript components.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, containers, orchestration, and container-based CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
  • Based in Germany.
  • Fluent spoken and written German at C2 level, plus sufficient English proficiency.
