Description

  • Provide technical support for Android applications and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Own reported customer issues and maintain timely two-way communication between Zimperium and customers.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved within Zimperium-defined SLAs.
  • Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and other technical documentation.
  • Support post-sales application issues for customers using the mobile application protection solution suite.
  • Stay current on Android, iOS, and hybrid application development and support practices.
  • Research, diagnose, and debug application crashes and related technical problems.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or an equivalent engineering degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support and service roles, preferably with software security technologies and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of mobile application development and support, including Android and iOS.
  • Experience using Android Studio and Xcode for troubleshooting, debugging, and crash analysis.
  • Experience with Java or related programming languages and scripting languages.
  • Understanding of SQL and database querying.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS-based delivery models and customer-reported issue troubleshooting.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively across teams.
