Description

  • Build and manage strong relationships with assigned travel partners to improve sales performance and revenue contribution.
  • Analyze partner sales performance and best practices to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create and implement tailored coaching plans that improve itinerary quality, conversion rates, and average trip prices.
  • Monitor partner sales metrics and provide data-driven feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct video coaching calls and create monthly action plans for partner development.
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions for new travel specialists on sales strategies and best practices.
  • Design scalable training processes that combine e-learning and personal coaching.
  • Contribute to best practices documentation and maintain the online learning center.
  • Support traveler experience and intervene when needed to resolve traveler-related issues with partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to address partner challenges and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the travel industry, with a strong emphasis on luxury travel and trip design.
  • Proven background in itinerary creation and high-quality trip planning.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver error-free work.
  • Goal-driven, self-disciplined, and able to independently meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable learning new software to track team objectives.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Flexibility to work hours that overlap with California time, including occasional meetings outside standard business hours.
  • Experience visiting multiple countries and curiosity about international destinations is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment is preferred.
