Description

  • Own diverse strategic projects and initiatives focused on cloud security across internal and customer teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Success, product, engineering, and customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer contacts from day-to-day practitioners through the CISO level.
  • Understand each customer’s business vision, culture, and processes, with emphasis on cloud security requirements.
  • Advocate for Wiz value and influence customers to adopt secure solutions at the right time.
  • Ensure Wiz guidance and recommendations are understood and executed by the customer.
  • Advocate internally on behalf of customers to ensure their security needs are met.
  • Guide customers after onboarding through adoption stages and large-scale transformation efforts.
  • Remove blockers and help implement processes that support secure workload migrations.
  • Define training strategies and governance structures that improve adoption and security outcomes.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be located in the TOLA region (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas).
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
  • 5+ years of experience as a CSM, AE, PM, or in another customer-facing strategic role.
  • Proven track record of working with Fortune 100 customers in cloud-based technology environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing models.
  • Ability to learn Wiz’s offerings and pricing quickly and with agility.
  • Strong PM experience supporting large-scale transformations.
  • Experience with cloud security best practices is strongly preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with enterprise customers and navigating complex internal politics is preferred.
