Description

  • Build and manage relationships with assigned travel partners to improve sales performance and revenue contribution.
  • Analyze partner sales performance and identify opportunities to increase conversion rates, average trip prices, and overall revenue.
  • Create and implement tailored coaching plans based on trip design expertise and partner performance data.
  • Conduct one-on-one video coaching calls and deliver actionable monthly improvement plans.
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions for new travel specialists on sales strategies, consultative selling, up-selling, and platform features.
  • Design scalable training processes that combine e-learning with personalized coaching.
  • Contribute to best practices documentation and maintain the company’s online learning center.
  • Ensure partners deliver strong traveler experiences and follow Zicasso’s best practices.
  • Resolve traveler-related issues with partners when necessary.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to address partner challenges and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the travel industry, with a strong emphasis on luxury travel.
  • Proven background in trip design and itinerary creation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to initiate, build, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to produce high-quality, error-free work.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable learning new software to track team objectives.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Passion for travel and experience visiting multiple countries is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility in work hours to overlap with California time, including occasional meetings outside standard business hours.
  • International, fully remote freelance contractor position based outside the United States.
  • Ability to work in English for all job-related communication.
