Description

  • Develop data-driven activation strategies for political campaigns, PACs, advocacy organizations, trade associations, and CSR initiatives.
  • Support voter persuasion, turnout, fundraising, stakeholder mobilization, and public sentiment-shifting objectives.
  • Contribute to standardized go-to-market frameworks for political and public affairs verticals.
  • Balance bespoke campaign strategy with scalable, repeatable playbooks.
  • Translate audience intelligence into persuasive, mobilization, or reputation-building narratives.
  • Develop activation strategies across programmatic display and video, CTV/OTT, paid social, political ad units, search, email and CRM, and SMS/mobilization channels.
  • Integrate influencer ecosystems, thought leaders, advocacy circles, and coalition/community networks where appropriate.
  • Support Sales on qualified strategic opportunities, including priority partnerships, cross-sells, and top-tier case requests.
  • Contribute to RFP and pitch frameworks by shaping approach, insight, and activation recommendations.
  • Participate in client and agency calls and represent the Activation Partnership Enablement team in internal meetings and select client engagements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize opportunities, align resources, and support smooth pre- to post-sale transitions.
  • Work with Data Cloud, Intelligence, and Analytics teams to incorporate platform capabilities, insights, and measurement approaches into activation strategies.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience in media strategy, activation strategy, partnership enablement, or pre-sales within adtech, martech, or agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, data, identity, and measurement.
  • Experience developing strategic narratives that connect insight, media, and performance.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and communicate clearly with internal teams, agencies, and clients.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments with competing priorities.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-stakes pre-sales environments.
  • A collaborative mindset with a desire to grow into broader strategic leadership.
  • Remote role based out of the Washington D.C. area.
