Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership ecosystem strategy across channel, integration, marketplace, reseller, and distribution partnerships.
  • Own the partnership P&L and drive profitable partner-sourced revenue growth, including forecasting, attribution, and margin performance.
  • Lead the channel partnerships team in identifying, prioritizing, and engaging prospective partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with new and existing partners.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships within partner organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify partnership trends, competitive dynamics, and new opportunities.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to manage cross-functional dependencies and keep initiatives moving.
  • Build operating rigor, process, and infrastructure as the partnerships function scales.
  • Represent Spring Health at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote partnership initiatives and expand industry connections.
  • Oversee successful partner implementations and ongoing partnership management.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of successful business development and/or channel partnership experience.
  • 7+ years of people leadership experience in business development and/or channel partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success leading an existing team and scaling the organization over time as growth demands.
  • Experience in the Employee Benefits ecosystem is strongly preferred.
  • Direct exposure to carriers, consultants, benefit technology providers, or digital health partners is strongly preferred.
  • Strong background and track record of success as an individual contributor.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Deep passion for transforming the U.S. employee benefits system, especially mental health.
  • Willingness to travel დაახლოებით 2 times per month for partner meetings, industry events, and internal collaboration.

  • Target base salary of $225,000-$275,000.
