Description

  • Manage and grow a broad Federal Civilian territory with coverage across DOJ, FBI, HHS, Treasury, DOE, DOT, DOL, and other agencies.
  • Protect and expand existing ZeroFox ARR through renewal and account management activities.
  • Generate net new pipeline in underpenetrated and untouched accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships across civilian federal agencies and relevant channel partners.
  • Navigate federal buying cycles and procurement processes to move opportunities forward on government timelines.
  • Balance farming and hunting motions to shift the territory away from a renewal-heavy posture.
  • Work with systems integrators and VARs active in the DOJ, FBI, and broader FedCiv space.
  • Understand the distinct mission, threat profile, and purchasing patterns of each agency in the territory.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of federal sales experience with a proven track record in both new logo acquisition and renewal management in civilian federal accounts.
  • Direct experience selling into DOJ, FBI, or broad FedCiv agencies.
  • Existing relationships across the territory are a significant advantage.
  • Deep fluency in federal procurement, including contract vehicles such as GSA, SEWP, CIO-SP3, and OTA.
  • Knowledge of budget cycles and the ability to keep deals moving on government timelines.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, digital risk protection, or adjacent security platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Existing relationships with systems integrators or VARs active in the DOJ, FBI, or broader FedCiv space.
  • Prior experience shifting a federal territory from renewal-heavy toward a balanced farming and hunting split.
  • Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance is strongly preferred; must be clearance-eligible at minimum.
