Description

  • Lead and develop the marketing team across user acquisition, product marketing, creative production, and ad monetization.
  • Drive performance across paid acquisition channels including Meta, Google, and AppLovin/ironSource.
  • Define acquisition targets, manage channel mix, and optimize creative effectiveness, payback, and ROAS models.
  • Own ASO strategy across all titles, including keyword strategy, A/B testing, store page optimization, and localization priorities.
  • Oversee ad monetization strategy to grow revenue while balancing player experience.
  • Partner with analytics to translate performance data into clear marketing decisions and priorities.
  • Support new game launches by defining soft launch plans, geo-rollout logic, and greenlight performance expectations.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable marketing plans in collaboration with Studio GMs and the CEO.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile game marketing, including significant time in a senior leadership role.
  • Hands-on expertise in user acquisition across Meta, Google, AppLovin/ironSource, and attribution tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
  • Strong understanding of ASO, including keyword strategy, store conversion optimization, and experimentation.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop marketing teams across UA, product marketing, and creative.
  • Strong product marketing judgment with an understanding of both player motivation and business goals.
  • Experience working in a multi-title environment with competing portfolio priorities.
  • Fluency with performance data and a decision-making approach grounded in numbers.
  • Preferred experience in hybrid-casual puzzle or midcore genres.
  • Preferred background in creative testing frameworks.
  • Preferred experience supporting new mobile game launches.
