Description

  • Plan, build, and manage end-to-end email campaigns including newsletters, promotions, and onboarding sequences.
  • Manage audience segmentation, scheduling, and automation to ensure precise targeting.
  • Use HubSpot to set up campaigns and execute workflows, and leverage Salesforce CRM for targeting.
  • Write high-converting email copy and collaborate on effective templates and layouts.
  • Develop and maintain automated customer journeys for lead nurturing and long-term engagement.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and calls to action to improve performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on email KPIs such as opens, clicks, and conversions.
  • Identify and implement practical AI applications to improve personalization and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in email-focused marketing roles.
  • Strong, recent hands-on experience with both HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage the full campaign lifecycle from planning through launch.
  • Deep understanding of automation, customer journey orchestration, and list health.
  • Experience in lead generation or B2C sectors such as banking, insurance, mortgages, or e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate campaign data into improved conversion rates.
  • Strong copywriting skills with an eye for design and template structure.
  • Genuine interest in AI and the ability to apply it thoughtfully to email marketing.
  • This is a 12-month parental leave contract.
  • Remote-first work environment.
