Description

  • Manage the renewal process for existing customers within your assigned account portfolio.
  • Review policy and account data carefully to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
  • Advise customers on coverage gaps and suggest additional coverages to consider.
  • Liaise with insurance partners to build the best possible insurance packages for each client.
  • Maintain a customer-focused experience that supports retention and seamless service.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, underwriting teams, and partners to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • Valid broker license for your province.
  • 1+ years of P&C experience.
  • Commercial broking experience is strongly preferred.
  • CIP, CAIB, or CRM designation is a bonus.
  • Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple, clear language.
  • Experience using a BMS or other digital tools to manage workflows and high-volume client data.
  • Strong collaboration skills with colleagues, underwriting teams, and external partners.
  • Persistent, agile, and solution-oriented approach to meeting targets.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail in policy and account management processes.

  • Total cash compensation range from $58,000 to $68,000 OTE at the Associate level, $68,000 to $92,000 OTE at the Intermediate level, or $78,000 to $110,000 OTE at the Senior level.
