Description

  • Engage leads provided by Zensurance and convert insurance requests into new customers.
  • Evaluate prospective clients’ needs and recommend appropriate coverages.
  • Guide clients from quote to sale while meeting set timelines and maintaining a smooth experience.
  • Explain insurance products and policy coverages in clear, client-friendly language.
  • Coordinate with underwriters, insurance companies, and other external stakeholders.
  • Recommend operational improvements to support a better customer experience.
  • Provide weekly flow updates to help improve programs and pricing.

Requirements

  • Valid broker license for your province.
  • 1+ years of P&C experience.
  • Commercial broking experience is strongly preferred.
  • CIP, CAIB, or CRM designation is a bonus.
  • Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple, clear language.
  • Experience using a BMS or similar digital tools to manage workflows and high-volume client data.
  • Strong collaboration skills with colleagues, underwriting teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to work with persistence, agility, and a solution-oriented mindset to meet targets.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills for managing multiple clients and tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail in policy and account management processes.
