Description

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to run technical discovery sessions and understand customer environments, Kubernetes challenges, and business objectives.
  • Lead technical validation activities and Proof of Concepts for PerfectScale, including preparation, management, and outcome ownership.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations that address prospect use cases and concerns.
  • Build business cases and ROI analyses that quantify cost savings and performance improvements.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for PerfectScale and support seamless implementation experiences for prospects.
  • Own the technical win by guiding customers through evaluation, addressing technical requirements, and building confidence in the solution.
  • Represent DoiT and PerfectScale at events and industry conferences through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in internal systems and contribute to business reporting and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering within a B2B SaaS software company.
  • Significant experience selling to DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or FinOps teams.
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes across EKS, AKS, GKE, and OpenShift.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions in cloud environments such as observability, optimization, FinOps, or platform engineering.
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience using monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
  • Proven ability to build business cases and ROI justifications from product data.
  • Ability to explain complex Kubernetes concepts and product capabilities clearly to technical and business audiences.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to executive-level prospects and customers on cloud cost management and Kubernetes strategy.
  • Experience with modern technical selling best practices, including trial, demo, and RFP processes.
  • Prior experience as a Kubernetes DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, or FinOps professional is a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced scaling business, ideally in cloud or Kubernetes management, is preferred.
