Description

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand prospect environments, Kubernetes challenges, cost goals, and business objectives through technical discovery.
  • Own and drive technical validation and Proof of Concepts for PerfectScale, including preparation, management, and outcome tracking.
  • Develop and deliver tailored platform demonstrations that address prospect use cases and concerns.
  • Build business cases and ROI analyses that communicate cost savings and performance improvements.
  • Serve as the company’s go-to expert for PerfectScale and guide prospects through technical evaluations.
  • Own the technical win for PerfectScale engagements by addressing technical requirements and building customer confidence.
  • Represent DoiT and PerfectScale at company events and industry conferences through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in internal business systems and contribute to reporting on performance and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role at a B2B SaaS company, with significant exposure to DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or FinOps buyers.
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes across EKS, AKS, GKE, and OpenShift, along with DevOps best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions in cloud environments such as observability, optimization, FinOps, or platform engineering.
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience using monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
  • Proven ability to build business cases and ROI justifications using product and customer data.
  • Exceptional ability to explain complex Kubernetes and product concepts to technical and business audiences.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to executive-level prospects and customers on cloud cost management and Kubernetes strategy.
  • Experience with modern technical selling practices, including trial, demo, and RFP processes for Kubernetes optimization solutions.
  • Prior experience as a Kubernetes DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, or FinOps professional is a plus.
  • Success in a fast-paced, scaling business, ideally in the cloud or Kubernetes management domain.
  • Must be based remotely in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, Sweden, or the Netherlands, or be eligible as a contractor in Eastern European countries.
