Description

  • Partner with account teams and an aligned Account Executive to develop and execute account strategies for the Lakewatch product line.
  • Build technical credibility with CISOs, security architects, SOC leaders, and security analysts to support product adoption.
  • Lead customer engagements through workshops, presentations, demos, proof-of-concepts, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Provide technical leadership on security and big data implementations, from architectural design through data engineering and model deployment.
  • Act as the tier-3 escalation point for complex technical issues in mission-critical security environments.
  • Translate field feedback and customer insights into roadmap recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Establish and refine sales qualification and POC intake processes to ensure well-scoped engagements.
  • Collaborate with global system integrators and third-party consulting organizations to drive customer outcomes.
  • Support adoption across the territory from initial data offload through SIEM augmentation or replacement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering, SecOps, or security architecture experience.
  • 3+ years of customer-facing, pre-sales, or consulting experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing data and AI applications in cybersecurity, including anomaly detection, behavioral analytics, and agentic AI workflows.
  • Deep familiarity with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, or similar.
  • Familiarity with SOAR platforms is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of security telemetry across endpoint, network, identity, cloud, and SaaS sources.
  • Experience with detection-as-code workflows, including SQL or YAML rule authoring, CI/CD integration, and MITRE ATT&CK mapping.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, as well as AI tools.
  • Hands-on experience building solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Broad familiarity with data engineering, data warehousing, AI/ML for security, data governance, or streaming.
  • Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
