Description

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to run technical discovery sessions and understand prospect cloud environments, FinOps maturity, cost challenges, and operational goals.
  • Own and drive technical validation and Proof of Value engagements for DoiT Cloud Intelligence from preparation through successful completion.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight cloud cost visibility, optimization insights, and operational intelligence.
  • Build business cases and ROI analyses that communicate the financial and operational impact of adopting DoiT Cloud Intelligence.
  • Support technical engagements with MSPs, PE firms, and Systems Integrators and show how the platform enables portfolio-level visibility and scalable optimization.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for DoiT Cloud Intelligence and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for prospects and partners.
  • Take ownership of the technical win by guiding prospects through evaluation, addressing requirements, and building confidence in the platform.
  • Represent DoiT Cloud Intelligence at events, webinars, and conferences through presentations and live demonstrations.
  • Translate customer pain points, partner requirements, and feature gaps into structured feedback for product and engineering teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in internal systems and contribute to reporting on business performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience at a B2B SaaS software company in a pre-Solution Engineering role selling to enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Understanding of ITSM ecosystems and related tools such as Cloud Management tools, DataDog, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, New Relic, ServiceNow, and AlertLogic.
  • Experience working with AWS or an equivalent cloud platform, plus datacenter experience and knowledge of hypervisors like VMWare.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to work in spreadsheets to identify trends, outliers, correlations, and reconciliation needs across large data sets.
  • Good practical understanding of cloud-centric architectures.
  • Comfort working in a metric-driven environment and reporting on monthly KPIs and business performance.
  • Ability to explain complex technology in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Previous experience presenting to executive-level prospects and customers.
  • Experience with modern technical selling best practices and competitive selling, including trial, demo, and RFP process improvements.
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-growing and scaling business.
  • Experience with public cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure is preferred.
  • Experience in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment is preferred.
