Description

  • Engage inbound leads who sign up for Connecteam’s free trial.
  • Qualify prospect needs and sales opportunities in the North America region.
  • Book demos for the Account Executive team.
  • Create a strong first impression and understand prospects’ business needs.
  • Initiate outreach through multiple channels and manage lead follow-up.
  • Set up and lead discovery calls.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned messaging.
  • Help build processes and playbooks for the sales motion.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS or tech sales.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to onboard quickly.
  • Energetic, driven, and motivated to grow into an Account Executive role.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and discipline in confirming demos.
  • Independent and curious with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills for a fast-paced, prospect-facing role.
