Description

  • Manage end-to-end global payroll operations across more than 15 countries and ensure payroll is prepared on time.
  • Oversee payroll workstreams and schedules to support timely payroll information delivery.
  • Prepare, analyze, and report payroll forecasts for financial reporting and ad hoc requests.
  • Reconcile payroll activity to the financial general ledger.
  • Track and report bonus and severance accruals.
  • Procure and manage payroll vendors, including defining SLAs and KPIs to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Ensure payroll tax compliance, including quarterly and annual filings, amended reports, and business registrations.
  • Manage employee experience related to the ESOP program and exercise process, including support for equity tool implementation.
  • Lead special projects related to payroll operations, compliance, pension enrollment, and insurance enrollment.
  • Serve as the point of contact for contractor costs, invoices, and related questions.
  • Drive payroll innovation and ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of payroll experience with global payroll exposure.
  • Knowledge or experience with US, EMEA, and other international payroll processes is preferred.
  • Experience managing payroll across multiple geographies with strong awareness of local requirements.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Highly data-driven with the ability to connect strategic goals to operational execution.
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies with stakeholders in equity, tax, accounting, FP&A, legal, compensation, and benefits.
  • Excellent prioritization skills in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and sound judgment to resolve complex issues and influence outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with relevant experience; master's degree in business administration is an advantage.
