Description

  • Deliver against assigned sales and pipeline goals while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
  • Build and execute a territory sales plan for PerfectScale’s Kubernetes optimization platform.
  • Partner with the Solution Engineering team to lead solution-focused sales conversations.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and lead prospects through the full sales cycle.
  • Refine the customer sales process to reduce buying friction and accelerate adoption.
  • Contribute to territory strategy by generating and developing new business growth opportunities.
  • Understand complex customer requirements from both business and technical perspectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing on pipeline generation campaigns and capture the voice of the customer.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent record of meeting and exceeding quota.
  • Technical background with experience and understanding of Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps ecosystems.
  • High degree of self-discipline with accurate sales forecasting and CRM management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to operate flexibly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
  • Self-organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, thorough, and tenacious.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented with the ability to zoom between big-picture strategy and details.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an independent, creative, passionate, and approachable style.
