Description

  • Own and grow relationships with large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • Drive new business development as well as up-selling and cross-selling within existing clients.
  • Implement sales tactics aligned with corporate revenue and profit goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, strategy, goals, pain points, and challenges.
  • Position Redwood as a strategic partner for digital, business, and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior executives.
  • Create proposals, negotiate deals, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reporting dashboard.
  • Act as the main account management interface between customers and internal teams such as pre-sales, delivery, and finance.
  • Identify and manage risks and resolve conflicts across stakeholders and departments.
  • Collaborate effectively as an individual contributor and team player in a fast-growing environment.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 7+ years of successful enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven track record of managing customer engagements across enterprise verticals.
  • Demonstrated success selling to Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong foundation in strategic and tactical solution selling.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, rapidly growing company environment.
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills with C-level and top management stakeholders.
