Description

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team focused on revenue growth through distribution and indirect channel partnerships.
  • Define and manage sales processes, performance metrics, operating rhythms, territory strategy, quotas, and partner coverage models.
  • Own the strategy for expanding DoiT’s presence within the Ingram ecosystem and broader distribution channel.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors to extend reach across key markets and partner segments.
  • Build strategic relationships with distribution leaders and align on joint business plans, revenue goals, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Drive pipeline development and new logo acquisition through distributor, reseller, and cloud partner ecosystems.
  • Oversee joint account planning, deal registration, and co-sell workflows across indirect channels.
  • Manage the partner-driven sales lifecycle from qualification through close across the team’s opportunity portfolio.
  • Partner with Deal Desk, Solutions Engineering, and regional leadership to structure strategic deals and pricing models.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on distribution-led cloud channel sales and provide feedback to cross-functional teams on partner performance and pipeline trends.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in sales leadership or team management.
  • Proven B2B sales experience in SaaS and/or Cloud industries.
  • Strong experience working within partner ecosystems, distribution channels, or indirect sales models.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and scale high-performing sales teams.
  • Working knowledge of channel sales, cloud marketplaces, and partner incentive structures.
  • Proficiency with CRM, CPQ, and CLM tools.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience collaborating across sales, alliances, marketing, product, and GTM teams is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely from the US, UK, Ireland, Sweden, or the Netherlands.
