Description

  • Serve as the primary marketing lead for the PerfectScale business unit and own the go-to-market strategy.
  • Translate revenue targets and expansion goals into a unified quarterly marketing plan.
  • Define ICP segmentation across Kubernetes users, enterprise container teams, and CSP-related solutions.
  • Shape economic messaging around data platform waste reduction and performance optimization.
  • Centralize campaign prioritization across Growth, Content, BDR/MDR, and Creative teams.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across paid search, LinkedIn targeting, retargeting, and SDR enablement.
  • Develop and manage strategic campaign briefs that align messaging, audience, and economic value.
  • Own demand generation programs including digital campaigns, webinars, executive roundtables, and landing pages.
  • Build a repeatable thought leadership and webinar strategy around Kubernetes efficiency and optimization.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Content, Growth, and RevOps to measure pipeline impact and refine performance based on data.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or product marketing.
  • Experience marketing to Kubernetes engineering, container, or FinOps audiences.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, or cloud data workloads.
  • Strong strategic planning capability combined with hands-on execution.
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth in a technical B2B environment.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales leadership.
  • Ability to think in terms of revenue, expansion, and economic value.
  • Comfort owning a business unit narrative and prioritizing across competing marketing inputs.
  • Data-driven, outcome-oriented approach.
  • Remote role based on the East Coast of the US, Central US, or Canada.
