Description

  • Define and evolve Maven’s core narrative across B2B and D2C to connect employer value with member experience.
  • Shape the narrative for major company moments, including new product launches and strategic partnerships.
  • Own the primary corporate pitch deck and keep it aligned with product strategy, clinical evidence, and market differentiation.
  • Develop high-impact written content for enterprise and consumer audiences.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to align product positioning with the broader company narrative.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Brand to ensure campaign messaging follows approved narrative frameworks.
  • Translate clinical research, outcomes data, and product capabilities into credible stories for executive buyers and members.
  • Establish and maintain the narrative framework, including messaging hierarchy and core value propositions.
  • Work with Growth and field teams to gather buyer and member feedback and refine the narrative.
  • Support brand campaigns and major company moments with the Brand and Communications team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience shaping narrative or messaging at a high-growth technology, healthcare, or consumer-facing company.
  • Experience bridging enterprise and consumer audiences within the same organization.
  • Exceptional writing ability with the capacity to communicate financial impact to executives and clinical rigor and empathy to members.
  • Experience creating compelling decks with strong narrative logic.
  • Ability to craft clear, opinionated narratives grounded in data and customer insight.
  • Experience using AI and emerging technologies to accelerate research and narrative development without losing rigor or clarity.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and Brand teams.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and build narrative systems from the ground up.
  • Experience in health tech or another regulated industry, preferred.
  • Background in management consulting, journalism, or editorial leadership with in-house operating experience, preferred.

  • Base salary range of $180,000 to $210,000 per year.
